License
Last updated October 30, 2026
When you buy a template from Nuvora Studio you get a license to use it. You don't buy the template itself: [Company name] keeps the copyright. This page explains what each license allows.
Definitions
- Template: the files you download, including source code, compiled files and documentation.
- End product: a website, web app or other work you make with the template, which adds your own content and work to it.
- Client: a person or company you make an end product for.
Personal license
You may use the template to make one end product, for yourself or for one client. The end product may be commercial, for example a company website, but its users may not be charged to access or use it.
Agency license
Like Personal, but for an unlimited number of end products, for yourself and for any number of clients. Each end product still may not charge its users for access.
Extended license
Like Agency, and the end products may be sold to or charged to their users, for example a SaaS application with paid plans, or a paid web app.
All licenses
- You may modify the template as much as you like.
- You may not resell, sublicense, share or give away the template itself, alone or in a bundle, as a template, theme or UI kit, even if modified.
- You may not use the template in a product that lets its users build websites or themes from it (a site builder or template marketplace).
- Open-source parts (Tailwind CSS, Alpine.js, Chart.js, GSAP, Lucide and others) stay under their own licenses, listed in each template's documentation.
- Licenses include lifetime updates for the template you bought, and support for the period listed on the product page.
Team use
A license belongs to the person or company that bought it. Members of that company may use it on the projects it covers.
