Templates are created by [Company name] . Orders are processed by our payment reseller, which acts as the merchant of record: it charges you, collects VAT or sales tax where required and issues your invoice.

Products and prices

Prices are shown in US dollars, before taxes. The final price, including any VAT for your country, is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery

You get a download link right after payment, in your receipt email. Updates are available from the same link.

License

Your purchase gives you the license you chose, as described on the license page.

Liability

Templates are provided as they are. We fix reported bugs during the support period, but we aren't liable for indirect damage, loss of data or loss of profit from using them, to the extent the law allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Luxembourg. If you buy as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
