Refund policy

Templates are digital products that you download straight away, so we can't take them back. We still want you to be happy with your purchase.

When we refund

• The template doesn't work as described and we can't fix it within 14 days of your report.
• You were charged twice for the same item.
• You bought the wrong license by mistake and haven't used the template yet. We'll switch it for you instead, if you prefer.

When we don't refund

• You changed your mind after downloading the files.
• The template lacks a feature that the product page never mentioned.
• The problem comes from your own changes or third-party code.

Right of withdrawal (EU)

If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content you download immediately, you agree at checkout that delivery starts right away and that you lose this right once the download begins.

How to ask

Contact us within 30 days of your purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem.
